Fear Factor !

Sometimes we need to test our fear factor. I tested it today with something different . I was lifted today to a 95 foot height by the Fire Dept.

Just as in the kettlebell world,, pick up a heavier bell and test your fear factor !

This year again it was off to the Apple river, I enjoyed floating down the river,,

A few kayacks floated by , but that was a about it. What a perfect day. I brought my KB'S along just in case I wanted to swing a few. I found this great spot on the dock.
