I will be in Tampa for the holidays once again. I will be continuing my training there with what I can find at my brothers house and maybe a few Fire houses if they will let me train .
Do some kind of movement over the winter break so that your not coming back starting over again with your training. Planks , wall planks , side planks,,,, body weight is ok too.
Enjoy your time with family and friends this holiday season, I know this one is a special one with both my kids home in a few years.
