Happy Easter New and Returning PEEPS !
Welcome to all at the MG community education Russian Kettlebell class.
You all got a little taste of the intensity of the training. Its up to you what type of results you desire to achieve !
This week we went over the TGU'S, SWING , CLEAN , AND MILITARY PRESS.
I would like you to practice your planks for a minute at a time , then increase a minute. TGU'S can be done at home, just grab a weight.
Don't eat too many sweets ! Enjoy your day !
