LOOK WHATS FOR DINNER
Look what I had for dinner after kettlebell training. Its jicama rice with nori rolls and Wasabi sauce.
I like I said before, raw allows your energies to go toward other things in your life besides digestion of food. It allows me to recover quicker as well.
I don't have any indigestion issues when I am RAW, So I can train right after eating with no problems.
Eric Rivkin is a Raw foods expert, he will consult with anyone who attends our groups.
I hired him to come over to my home and prepare raw. I also attended several of his demos to learn new recipes.
He has his own recipe book available for $ 20 , its easy to follow. We can mimic anything in the raw food world !
